Welcome back to another great Lightworks video! Today we will be taking a good look at the Blend effect which is an overlay tool used to change the method or the type of overlay of an image. In some of the previous video we touched on some of the practical uses for this effect including ways to combine this effect with others such as the most common combination; with green screen. Using the same techniques used in the previous video we will adjust the green screen ship so that it appears to be on the horizon of the ocean stock footage then add the effect green screen so the surrounding green of the ship can be removed for our ghostly 'Flying Dutchman'. Next add the Blend effect under 'Mixes'. Change the opacity of the blend effect so it represents a ghostly presence such as the legendary Flying Dutchman.
